Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably seen the video by Mariya.AE where she does a full-faced look using only highlighters. While it’s definitely a too much for every day wear, I thought it looked pretty cool, and decided to take a crack at the “Full Face Using Only Highlighters Challenge” myself. I have to admit, I did cheat a little since I didn’t have some appropriate highlighters to do the job, but I made sure that whatever I used as a replacement was just as shimmery. Surprisingly, it turned out a lot more wearable than I expected, but it still was a little extra for my liking. I decided that since this video was going to be outlandish anyway, I thought I’d throw on some circle lenses I bought a while ago just for shits and giggles! I hope you guys enjoy the video, and as always, the product list is available below.
If you’ve been reading my site for a while, you may already know about my undying love for liquid lipsticks. They’re the one product that I just can’t get enough of, and cannot resist buying in order to find the best formula and shades. Because of this, I have tried out many of the big names in the liquid lipstick game, and I think I’ve had enough time to decide which ones I think are the best of the best, in my personal opinion, of course. If you’re interested in checking out which liquid lipstick reigns supreme, please keep reading.
I recently picked up the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette and decided to film a look using it. I felt like this ‘halo eye’ turned out pretty well! Check out the video below and keep reading to see the full product list.
Before the liquid lipstick market exploded, the NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams were one of the only products that actually delivered as a matte lip product. Even after the liquid lipstick craze, they still remain relevant, mainly because they’re affordable and have decent quality. NYX recently released several brand new shades, and I figured I’d give my two cents on a few of them: Rome, Budapest, and Vancouver.
