I’m sure a large number of people remotely interested in beauty products has seen an ad or two with those peely lipsticks or brow “tattoos”. I won’t lie, although I know all those products are too good to be true, that hasn’t stifled my interest in them whatsoever. The idea of semi-permanent makeup, especially for lips and brows, is very appealing to me since I’m the person who wishes that their lips are an unnatural shade of red and loves the look of full-on bushy, unruly brows. A product I’ve come across which kind of sits within this realm of semi-permanency is the Urban Decay Inked Brow Gel. This is a type of brow product I’ve never tried before, so I felt the urge to try it and review it for all of you to fulfill my ongoing quest to finding the best brow products to rule them all. Keep reading to see if this was all that and a bag of potato chips!Continue reading “REVIEW | Urban Decay Inked Brow”
Well, I’ll cut right to the chase: it has been almost 2 years since my last blog post! What happened? Life. Life happened. Maybe someday I will get into what has been going on in the last 24 months (all good things, for the most part!), but today I will say goodbye to 2019, and the 10s with a short and sweet post.
Even though some time has passed, I was, and remain, a makeup obsessed person. So naturally I collected a small heap of products, with a few thoughts and opinions to go with them as well. To start, I’d like to share something I usually find very useful: swatches. Today, it will be swatches of all the foundations I currently own. I’m hoping that this will be of help to anyone who shares a similar skin tone to me.
I can’t believe it’s already time for my first Project Pan update! I have to say, this experiment has been a little more difficult than I thought it would be, but I think I definitely made some great progress! I finished up/hit pan on many items on my list, so I’d say this first quarter has been quite successful. I’m having a bit of a hard time getting through some products, but I’m just trying to stay optimistic. This post is going to be long enough, so I’ll cut the rambling and just get on with it!
I’m happy to say that I’m starting off my first “empties” post of 2017 with a bang. I used up several skincare and makeup items which I’ve been dying to part with for some time now. Unfortunately, using up a good chunk of my skincare products in the dead of winter hasn’t been ideal, but that just gives me an excuse to try some other new and exciting things. If you’d like to learn more about the products I finished this past month, please keep reading!
